Sample specialties such as grilled local jumbo shrimp and polenta nestled on a bed of mixed greens with shaved parmesan & mango-pineapple chutney served with dressing of your choice and warm Cuban bread; "El Plato Tipico" could consist of thin-shaved slices of local-grown roasted beef, rice and beans, picadillo (sautéed mixed vegetables) and our delicious homemade Tico bread; a low-carbohydrate dish could consist of low fat cut of meat prepared with natural spices and a vegetable soufflé topped off with carb and fat-free pudding for dessert.
